Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, Kaaf eBooks does not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

If you experience a technical failure (e.g., cannot download the file), contact us at +92 321 6710210. If we cannot fix the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be processed via Safepay within 7-10 working days.
